Job summary

Alyeska Resort invites applications for a Spa Concierge at the Alyeska Nordic Spa. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage reservations, check-ins, and foster a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary certifications/diploma or degree an asset.
• 3+ years of management experience in hospitality or spa industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
• Comfortable with technology and open to new learning.
• A passion for mental and physical wellness.
• Previous Spa, Hospitality, Guest Service or Retail experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
• Passion for Guest Service and Health and Wellness.
• Previous reservation software and POS experience preferred.
• Ability to focus on attention to detail, remaining professional and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

• Represent Alyeska Nordic Spa with service excellence and product knowledge.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure a strong first impression at front desk.
• Manage reservations accurately and check-ins smoothly.
• Monitor guest inquiries and waitlists to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
• Keep reception, retail, and relaxation spaces clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals and uphold spa values.

Experience/Passions/Education

Working Conditions

This position will include a variety of shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays. This position is set in a fast-paced environment, with high levels of interaction with guests, employees, business partners, and stakeholders. Working outdoors in a variety of mountain weather conditions, with average temperature ranges of -30 C / -22 F to +30 C / +86 F.
