Job summary

Fasterskier is seeking a Head Coach/Program Director to lead a comprehensive junior program for ages 4–18+ and adults in the Salt Lake City area. You will oversee Learn-to-ski, Devo, Junior Comp, and XC divisions, guiding coaching staff, coordinating volunteers, and aligning curricula with LTAD standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of coaching experience.
• Able to work in the US with valid credentials.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and programs.
• Knowledge of LTAD principles and youth development.
• Current L100 coaching certification required by 2025.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Learn-to-ski, Devo, Junior Comp, and XC programs with volunteer staffing.
• Develop year-round training plans and monitor progress with families.
• Coordinate travel, housing, budgets, and race logistics for IMD races.
• Hire and mentor per-diem coaches; manage equipment, rentals, and wax logistics.
• Communicate with parents, maintain SafeSport compliance, and report to Board.
