Job Title: Director of Health Services

NorBella Savage, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Director of Health Services to join our growing team!

Located in Savage, MN, near Egan Drive and a residential neighborhood with a community park, NorBella Savage offers Assisted Living and Memory Care services in a 40-unit apartment-style community. We are a vibrant, caring community with a passionate team. Join us today!

Shifts Available: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, occasional weekends
Wage: $85,000-$115,000 annually, based on experience.

About the Role

Are you compassionate and passionate about enriching lives? As our Director of Health Services, you will become a vital part of our residents' lives, overseeing nursing care and daily clinical operations.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee nursing staff to ensure quality resident care that meets or exceeds standards.
2. Conduct rounds to monitor care quality and appropriateness.
3. Maintain proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
4. Assist with hiring, training, and retaining qualified nursing staff.
5. Develop staffing plans and schedules based on resident needs.
6. Collaborate with the Executive Director to build relationships with residents, families, and care providers.
7. Evaluate residents' care needs and ensure appropriate care levels.
8. Manage clinical aspects of state or federal surveys.

Qualifications

1. Licensed Registered Nurse with graduation from an accredited nursing school.
2. Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care preferred.
3. Experience in restorative or geriatric nursing preferred.
4. Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
5. Advanced computer skills required.
