NorBella Savage, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Community Life Assistant/Activities Assistant to join our team!

About NorBella Savage

Located in Savage, MN, near Egan Drive, adjacent to a residential neighborhood and community park, we help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Our growing community boasts a fun, caring, and passionate team. Join us today!

Shifts and Compensation
  • Shift: 9am-5pm, every other weekend
  • Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour, based on experience

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in developing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing community life and wellness programs tailored to residents' needs and interests.
  2. Facilitate group programs efficiently and effectively.
  3. Promote wellness dimensions within community programs.
  4. Communicate program details and foster positive relationships with residents, families, and volunteers.
  5. Drive the facility bus as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Strong computer skills, including email proficiency.
