NorBella Prior Lake - Caregiver, HHA & CNA

NorBella Prior Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking compassionate Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs to join our team! Located in Prior Lake, MN, our community offers a peaceful setting between agricultural fields and residential neighborhoods, providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services in a 40-unit apartment-style environment.

Shifts Available: AM & PM Weekend Shifts only (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm)

Wages: HHA: $17-$22/hour, CNA: $19-$24/hour

Shift Differential: $1 for evenings, $2 for overnights

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct personal care, respecting individual needs and dignity
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers

• Assist with medication administration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in assisted living (preferred)
• Interest in healthcare
