Job Opportunity: Caregiver, HHA/CNA at NorBella Champlin

NorBella Champlin, a Lifespark Senior Living Community located in Champlin, MN, is seeking compassionate Caregivers, HHA/CNA to join our team! Our community offers Assisted Living and Memory Care services in a peaceful setting near Elm Creek Park Reserve, just off Hwy 169 and 117th Ave N.

Shifts Available: On-Call, AM (6am-2pm), PM (2pm-10pm), NOC (10pm-6am)

Wages: HHA: $17-$22/hour | CNA: $19-$24/hour

Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing direct personal care with dignity and respect, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
  2. Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and activities.
  3. Assisting with medication administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in assisted living preferred.
  • Strong interest in healthcare.
  • Positive, compassionate attitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
