Job summary

Lakeview School District is seeking a Lunch Program Supervisor to oversee students during lunch and recess, ensuring a positive, safe environment where children can eat and play.

You will direct movement between lunchroom and classrooms, help maintain order, and assist with lunchroom cleanup, reporting any safety concerns. A High School diploma or GED is required; prior supervision experience is helpful. This on-site role is in Battle Creek, MI.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise students at lunchtime and maintain a harmonious atmosphere by encouraging peaceful resolution of conflicts
• Assume responsibility for safe and orderly atmosphere in lunchroom
• Direct movement of groups to and from lunchroom and classrooms in a safe and organized manner
• Assists students in lunchroom cleanup

Supervisory Responsibilities

The employee supervises students during the lunch program and is directly responsible for their safety and well-being.
