Job summary

Sheffield-Sheffield Lake City School District seeks a Noon Monitor as a School Support Paraprofessional to supervise students during noon hours. The position is 2.5 hours per day, 181 days per year, with a base pay rate of $15.79.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to do basic monetary mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide for the needs of students.
• Ability to use school software and technology to process and account for a food sale.
• Ability to adhere to guidelines of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
• Maintain student conduct, building policies, and procedures as outlined in the student handbook.
• Maintain cleanliness of supervised areas.
• Perform clerical duties as assigned.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Building Principal and/or designee.
