Noodles Restaurant Cook RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
2. Take guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
3. Follow Noodles & Company's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
4. Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
5. Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
6. Quickly and accurately prepare food items including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches
7. Check food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to ensure that food is fresh and safe to serve
8. Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment
9. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper set up and/or breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas
10. Effectively handle guest concerns and complaints
11. Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift
12. Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture of Noodles & Company
13. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
14. Contribute to a positive team environment
15. Position may include cook, cashier, and/or server responsibilities
16. Must adhere to appearance standards
