The role focuses on servicing nonprofit clients, supervising engagements, and driving growth for the firm’s nonprofit tax practice while staying current with regulatory changes and industry trends. On-site, permanent position with a strong compensation package.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned nonprofit tax engagements with oversight, planning, team coordination, and timely delivery.
• Review Form 990, Form 990-T, and related tax returns in detail.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide practical nonprofit tax guidance.
• Serve as primary day-to-day tax contact for nonprofit clients.
• Plan and review tax processes to meet engagement metrics.
• Identify when research is needed and perform concise technical analysis.
• Stay current on legislative changes affecting nonprofits.
• Coach and develop engagement team members and manage multiple clients.
