Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5–10 years related experience required.
• Experience with LIHTC, Section 8, or affordable housing preferred.

• Ability to work with tenants, service providers, and regulators.
• Proficiency with rental data-base software and accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of owned properties and ensure occupancy targets.
• Screen tenants, show units, lease, and document processes.
• Certify tenant income and assets for LIHTC and housing programs.
• Coordinate with banks, employers, and agencies for income verification.
• Monitor rents, notices, evictions, and payment plans.
• Prepare weekly reports to the Director of Property Management.
• Manage staff performance and vendor relationships.
