Qualifications

• Five or more years in program management with supervisory experience.
• Experience delivering collaborative art and behavioral health programming.
• Strong budget, grants management, and logistics planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• High emotional intelligence; ability to manage conflict constructively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with CEO.
• Assist design team by developing and improving programming.
• Coordinate hiring, training and scheduling of facilitators.
• Manage outreach to partner organizations, contracts and permissions.
• Oversee on-site logistics across multiple locations.
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and updates.
• Support trauma-informed working environment and respectful engagement.
