Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Communications Manager for a nonprofit client in Geneva, IL. The role will manage weekly newsletters, coordinate webinars and meetings, and assist with various agency communications and administrative projects.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a hybrid work model after an initial two-week onboarding period.

Qualifications

• Weeksly newsletters management experience is preferred.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to coordinate webinars and meetings across teams.
• Experience with nonprofit communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and distribute a weekly newsletter to member agencies using Mailchimp
• Coordinate 1–2 webinars monthly, including invitations and follow-up
• Assist with agency communications and administrative projects
• Support planning and logistics for in-person events as needed
• Maintain training/resource content and update records
