Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and support budget-to-actual reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and nonprofit accounting requirements.
• Coordinate annual audits and maintain internal controls.
• Track and report restricted funds, grants, and donor contributions.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff.
