Job summary

The Aerozone is seeking an experienced Nondestructive Examination III to serve as the technical authority for UT, MT, and PT. The role will initially be the sole NDE function, performing examinations and providing Level III oversight of the program.

You will work independently, own the NDE function, and contribute to developing the department, training future personnel, and ensuring procedures, equipment, and records meet required standards.

Qualifications

• UT, MT, PT Level III certification required.
• Hands-on NDE experience with UT/MT/PT methods.
• Strong technical interpretation and audit capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for NDE methods UT/MT/PT.
• Perform NDE examinations and document results.
• Develop procedures, qualification materials and training for staff.
• Audit and oversee the NDE program and records.

Nondestructive Examination III *Sign on Bonus Available* We are seeking an experienced, hands-on NDE Level III qualified in Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) to serve as the company’s technical authority for these NDE methods. This position will initially be the sole dedicated member of the NDE function and will be responsible for both performing NDE examinations and providing Level III technical oversight of the company’s NDE program. You must be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the NDE function, including hands-on examinations, procedures, techniques, equipment, personnel qualification requirements, records, technical interpretation, and audit support. This position reports directly to the Quality Director.
