Magnera Corporation in North Carolina is hiring entry-level production operators for a 4 days on / 4 days off schedule. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour, with potential to earn up to $25.25 through a pay-for-skill program, plus annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities include operating non-woven production lines under supervision, performing setup/changeovers, monitoring quality and safety, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Six months forklift experience preferred.
• Good computer and mechanical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate non-woven production line under supervision.
• Perform changeovers and setup; ensure recipe compliance.
• Inspect equipment and report replacements or malfunctions.
• Maintain process and quality records; report parameter changes.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping practices.
