Job summary

What This Role Will Do
  • Perform the load‑in and load‑out of band equipment and rental gear.
  • Secure required passes and tickets and prepare guest lists under the direction of the stage manager.
  • Cable and assist audio and lighting crews as directed.
  • Manage band set changes.
  • Ensure band members have all necessary items to perform.
  • Communicate event details to the production crew.
  • Hang banners and update marquees and other signage in the venue.
  • Coordinate food trays for the band’s back‑of‑house needs.
  • Assist lighting and audio crews; operate spotlights if required.
  • Maintain and repair sound, light, and stage equipment.
  • Assist the stage manager with show passes.
  • Maintain and secure house backline and supplies.
  • Maintain curtains, drapes, risers and other staging items.
  • Assist audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.
  • Assist lighting crew with fixtures, lamps, gels, cabling, etc.
  • Operate and care for stage areas in a safe, clean manner.
  • Assist with special event operations.
  • Ensure stage trash is removed, and the stage is swept or set up for the next show when possible.
What This Person Will Bring
  • Minimum 3 years of tour and stage production experience.
  • Experience in stage lighting, pro‑audio systems and basic video systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft applications.
  • Capability to move up to 75 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
  • Ability to work in a moderate‑to‑loud noise environment.
  • Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma required.
  • College degree preferred.

The Expected Compensation For This Position
