LinkedIn REACH is a registered technical apprenticeship for people from non-traditional backgrounds - bootcamp grads, self-taught developers, career changers and those returning from a career break - with no CS degree or resume required. Apprentices work full-time with pay and benefits across tracks such as software/backend engineering, AI/ML, data science and cybersecurity, with dedicated mentorship and a path to full-time engineering roles.
