• Organize and lead key agile meetings such as sprint retrospectives, bug triage, and user acceptance testing.
• Helpdesk support and analysis/prioritization of customer issues, delegation to other team members.

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Chart generation, etc.).
• Familiar with Outlook or scheduling software.
• Experience with agile processes and grooming backlogs in tools like Azure DevOps.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle complex tasks effectively.
