Responsibilities
  • Meet or Exceed monthly and annual sales goals
  • Cultivate new customers and work existing dormant or inactive accounts
  • Develop pipeline of new loan submissions
  • Master portal and systems, submission process, and requirements, to ensure smooth customer service
  • Pipeline management to ensure loan pull through
  • Work with internal partners to learn process, procedure, and guidelines
  • Maintain $2,000,000.00 in monthly production
  • Confident personality with strong communication skills
  • Structure loans with broker partners
  • Have a current active book of Non-QM business
  • Develop detailed strategic sales plans to grow business within assigned accounts or territory
  • Identify and qualify opportunities, develop a pipeline, and manage it effectively to close deals
  • Provide accurate forecasts and market intelligence to management and the account team
Qualifications
  • Current Wholesale AE experience with a book of business, supporting Mortgage Brokers
  • Thorough knowledge of Non-QM products
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally, and educate customers on processes and policies
  • Understanding of current industry compliance policies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-driven, motivated, results-oriented with a hunter mentality
  • Strong prospecting, selling, negotiating, and closing skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication, including presenting to executives
  • Ability to collaborate across teams
