We're seeking an experienced and driven Tax Supervisor/Manager to oversee nonprofit tax engagements and play a key role in year-end individual and corporate tax review work. What You’ll Do:

• Lead all phases of nonprofit tax engagements, from planning and strategy to review and delivery, and serve as a key contact for nonprofit clients
• Provide individual and corporate tax planning insights and ensure compliance with IRS regulations
• Supervise and mentor a small team of tax professionals
• Review of individual and corporate tax returns to support a wide range of clients
• Stay informed on developments in tax law
• Analyze IRS notices and draft responses

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience (nonprofit experience a plus)
• Familiarity with tax-exempt organizations and individual/corporate tax returns
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and client relationships
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Currently having, or in process of qualifying for, CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA)
