TEPRI is seeking a Project Manager tohelp develop and manageseveralon-the-groundenergy projects led by TEPRI and otherstakeholders across the state.This role willsupporta major new initiative to advance diverse energy solutions, primarily for multifamily and rural communities. Thisrole will alsosupport TEPRI's portfolio of solar + battery energy storage resilience hubs.
The ideal candidate is mission-driven,hasexceptional project management skills, has experience with distributed energy solutions such as energy efficiency, solar/storage, or demand response, andiscomfortable working independently in a small team.You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, contribute to research and analysis, and support TEPRI’s broader programs.We are seeking candidates with curiosity and a deep interest in making a positive impact at the intersection of energy and poverty through demonstration projects
Collaborate on other managers’ project portfolios.
Assist in writing reports, research papers, and publications.
Support community engagement, communications, and social media.
Contribute to grant writing and fundraising efforts.
Represent TEPRI in relevant industry committees and networks.
