High Motive Solutions is hiring Sales & Marketing Representatives in Austin, TX. You will represent nonprofit partners, engage communities face-to-face at events and retail locations, and educate individuals to become monthly donors.

No prior experience is required, as paid introductory training and ongoing coaching are provided. You will develop public speaking, direct sales, and donor relations skills, with daily mentorship and team-based targets.

We are seeking ambitious, outgoing, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Representatives. What You'll Do

• Represent Top Nonprofits: Serve as a brand ambassador for high-impact nonprofit partners with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Drive Community Engagement: Build authentic relationships through dynamic, in-person conversations at approved event and retail locations.
• Acquire Long-Term Supporters: Educate community members on nonprofit missions and inspire them to become monthly recurring donors.
• Develop Professional Skills: Receive hands-on coaching in public speaking, direct sales, donor relation techniques, and team leadership.
• Collaborate & Win: Work alongside driven peers toward daily personal and team production targets.
