Position Overview

As an Event Promotions Representative, you'll represent nonprofit campaigns at community events, retail locations, and other approved outreach sites.

You’ll interact directly with the public, introduce people to nonprofit programs and campaigns, answer questions, and encourage community participation and support.

This is an in-person, active position that's a great fit for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating face-to-face, and working toward goals as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events and outreach locations
• Start conversations with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about nonprofit programs, campaigns, and initiatives
• Encourage participation and support for fundraising campaignsHelp create a positive experience for community members and event attendees
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown when needed
• Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing nonprofit partners
