Job Description

Activity School Bus Drivers (part-time; flexible schedule) Anderson School District One is seeking activity bus drivers for educational enhancement and athletic travel. This opportunity offers:

• Flexible hours & schedule.
• Trips available on a case‑by‑case basis.
• Drivers are not responsible for student oversight; teachers or coaching staff will be present during travel.

Activity Bus Driver Requirements:

• SLED/Criminal History
• Valid SC Driver's License
• Social Security Card
• Alcohol and Drug Screening
• TB Test
• Must be willing to obtain SC School Bus Driver Certification. ASD1 will assist applicants with navigating the certification process and, upon successfully obtaining certification, will provide payment for classroom and behind-the-wheel training hours. ASD1 will also cover the cost of the DOT physical.
