Job summary

SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a Non-Metals Operator to produce precision non-metal parts using CNC routers, CO2 lasers, and waterjets. You will set up, run, and monitor machines, load materials, and inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specs.

This hands-on role requires reading production drawings, using gauges, maintaining 5S/LEAN practices, and collaborating with team leads to hit daily goals. A high school diploma and English communication are required; prior manufacturing experience is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Ability to read production drawings and flat patterns
• Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC routers, CO2 lasers, and waterjets
• Load material and unload finished parts from machines
• Measure parts using gauges and inspection tools to verify dimensions meet customer specifications
• Perform machine startup, shutdown, and routine daily maintenance
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and communicate issues or quality concerns as they arise
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles
• Perform other related duties as assigned
