Qualifications

• Must pass DOT physical.

• At least six months of driving a commercial vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up clients from Adult Living Facilities or agreed locations using a company vehicle.
• Transport clients to the program and back, ensuring safety at all times.
• Conduct regular vehicle safety checks and maintain maintenance logs.
• Complete transportation documentation and billing sheets as needed.
