The Entry Level Non-Medical Caregiver provides services in clients' homes, including "hands-off" care such as socialization, light exercise, medication reminders, supervision during bathing, toileting, dressing, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping. The scope of "hands-off" care depends on state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing socialization, exercise encouragement, medication reminders, supervision, and light housekeeping
• Arriving on time and completing scheduled shifts
• Maintaining client confidentiality per HIPAA standards
• Following infection control procedures
• Reporting abnormal findings to the office
• Adhering to company standards and procedures
• Being flexible and adaptable to facility needs

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Companion Care Homemaker/Companion Care Provider (preferred)
• Strong time management and professionalism
• Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills, proficiency in English
• Computer proficiency
