The Entry Level Non-Medical Caregiver provides services to patients/clients in their homes, including "hands-off" care such as encouraging socialization, mild exercise, medication reminders, supervising safety during bathing, toileting, dressing, and assisting with grocery shopping and light housekeeping. The provision of "hands-off" care depends on state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities include arriving on time, maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA, observing infection control procedures, reporting abnormal findings, adhering to company standards, demonstrating flexibility, and meeting facility needs.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience as a Companion Care Homemaker/Companion Care Provider, ability to adhere to policies, demonstrate compassion and strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and computer proficiency. Experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply!
