The Entry Level Non-Medical Caregiver provides services in patients' homes, including but not limited to "hands-off" care such as socialization, mild exercise encouragement, medication reminders, supervision during bathing, toileting, dressing, light housekeeping, and grocery shopping. The specific duties depend on state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing social and recreational support
• Ensuring safety during daily activities
• Maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA standards
• Following infection control procedures
• Reporting abnormal findings
• Adhering to company standards and procedures
• Being flexible to meet client needs

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Companion Care Homemaker/Companion Care Provider (preferred)
• Strong punctuality and professionalism
• Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills, proficiency in English may be required
• Computer proficiency
