Village Caregiving - Green Bay is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA to join our growing team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, individualized care to clients in their homes with a can-do attitude and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities include personal hygiene, medication assistance, mobility support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. A valid driver’s license and flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, are required.

Formación

• Caring and patient disposition in a one-on-one setting.
• Comfort with lifting and transferring up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, or hospitality preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly or post-surgical clients.
• Assist with prescribed medications and ambulation.
• Support mobility to appointments, walks, and activities.
• Plan and prepare meals in coordination with client needs.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises and daily activities.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to run errands.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and ensure safety.
• Report incidents promptly and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating
• Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.)
• Plan and prepare meals
• Assist with physical therapy exercises
• Complete client’s shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Offer activities that areessential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate
• High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program
• Take pride in providing high quality care
