Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in New Lisbon, WI is hiring for non-medical Personal Caregivers. We have evening and weekend shifts available, with flexible scheduling across part-time and full-time roles.

Provide compassionate non-medical care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and standby assistance. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current car insurance are required.

• A genuine desire to serve others
• A positive attitude and warm personality
• Dependability and strong communication skills
• Ability to work with clients of all ages
• Reliable transportation, must have valid Driver's License & current car insurance
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required – training provided!

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care, companionship, and social engagement
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer medication reminders
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff
• Provide personal cares and standby assistance
• Deliver punctual, reliable care and consistently cover assigned shifts
