Job summary

Alachua Academy - Rite of Passage is seeking a Non-Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group counseling to youth 13–18 in a residential setting in Gainesville, FL. You will follow treatment plans and assessments under supervision from the Clinical Director.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field, experience in mental health counseling or clinical social work, and the ability to pass background checks and TB testing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Social Work or related field.
• Experience in mental health counseling or clinical social work preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check, drug screening, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling to youth and families as per assessment and treatment plans.
• Report to Clinical Director or designated supervisor.
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment.
