Job summary

Alachua Academy, a Rite of Passage program in Gainesville, FL, seeks a Non-Licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group counseling to girls aged 13 to 18 within a residential program. You will work under the Clinical Director to implement treatment plans and support youth recovery in a structured setting.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work and experience in mental health counseling or clinical social work, with a commitment to safety and confidentiality in a therapeutic

Qualifications

• Have experience in Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work.
• Have a Master’s Degree or better in Social Work or related field of study.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening and TB Test.

Job description

Alachua Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for girls aged 13 to 18. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health & substance abuse services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program.

Compensation:

$50K Annually

What you will do:

As a Non-Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group counseling services to the youth and their families according to the needs documented in their assessment and treatment plan. This position reports to the Clinical Director or other designated supervisor within the clinic.

To Be Considered, You Should

• Have experience in Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work.

Schedule:

5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
