Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Social Services professional to assist the Director in meeting the emotional and social needs of residents in a skilled nursing facility in Columbus, OH. You will help plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Social Services Department to align with regulations and facility policies.

The role requires a high school diploma, full-time availability, and shifts Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with wage range $28.00–$31.00 per hour.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
