Job summary

Amazon in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Non-Inventory Receiver to drive material movement and maintain packaging inventory accuracy, unloading trucks and organizing materials to support operations. You will process web requisitions in Coupa, perform daily trailer audits, and assist with invoice holds while upholding safety standards.

This role requires lifting up to 49 pounds and willingness to work 40 hours with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent required
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Responsibilities

• Partner with Site Procurement Manager to manage Non-Inventory items flow through the building
• Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT)
• Conduct daily inventory counts
• Unload trailers and transport materials throughout the facility
• Organize and distribute packaging materials in designated areas
• Process web requisitions in Coupa system and distribute to requesters
• Conduct daily trailer audits
• Research missing Non-Inventory shipments
• Assist with Invoice Hold Resolutions
• Maintain safety standards in the department
• Support Site Procurement Manager in achieving Monthly Performance results
