Job summary

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Noninvasive Technician to support the EKG department. You will perform electrocardiograms, treadmill stress tests, Holter monitor setup, and charting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, BLS certification, Basic Dysrhythmia training, and at least one year in a hospital setting; Advanced Cardiac Life Support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support Certification required; Advanced Cardio Life Support preferred.
• Successfully complete Basic Dysrhythmia class.
• 1 year experience in a hospital setting preferably in the EKG department.

Your Job: In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Noninvasive Technician performs day to day functions of the EKG department to include electrocardiograms, all treadmill stress tests, Holter monitor hook-up and scan, editing, charging and charting.

Your Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Basic Life Support Certification required; Advanced Cardio Life Support preferred
• Successfully complete Basic Dysrhythmia class
• 1 year experience in a hospital setting preferably in the EKG department preferred
