Job summary

Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants, Ltd. in Springfield, IL, is seeking a physician to join a high-volume cardiology practice with both inpatient and outpatient duties, including echocardiography, stress testing and ECG interpretation.

The role features a Monday–Friday, 40-hour week and approximately 1:5 call, in a well-established referral network. The position offers a competitive compensation package with a 2-year salary guarantee, sign-on bonus, housing/relocation assistance, up to $150,000

Qualifications

• MD/DO (Clinical doctorate) required.
• Board certification/eligibility preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• DEA license as applicable to specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care.
• Interpret echocardiography, stress tests, and ECGs.
• Collaborate with general, interventional, structural and EP cardiologists.
• Participate in call coverage approximately 1:5.
