Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks a Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for locum tenens coverage in Lincoln, NE. The role involves 24-hour call shifts from 7am to 7am, with rounding and consult duties, and no clinic responsibilities. Emergencies are managed by referrals to Nebraska Heart Hospital.

The position requires Board Certification or eligibility, BLS, and ACLS, with NE licensure and a 60–90 day credentialing window. Epic is the EMR used, and travel arrangements may be provided.

Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in non-invasive cardiology.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

This facility is seeking Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 24 hour call shifts 7a-7a


• Type of cases and required procedures: They will be rounding and doing consults (no clinic).They do not have a cath lab so any emergencies or cardiac procedures are sent to Nebraska Heart Hospital.


• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days


• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):Epic


• Certifications required: Board Certified or eligible, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life support


• Licensure required: NE License required
