Job summary

Rush University Medical Center is seeking a board-certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join Rush Heart & Vascular in the Chicago area. The role involves inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care at Rush Copley Medical Center and the Yorkville location, with growth across Yorkville and Aurora communities.

Ideal candidates have BC/BE in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology, with CT angiography experience preferred and at least 3 years in cardiology practice.

Qualifications

Non‑Invasive Cardiology – Physician

Rush Heart & Vascular – Chicago’s Western Suburbs

We are seeking a board‑certified Non‑Invasive Cardiologist (BC/BE in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology, Cardiac CTA experience preferred) to join our growing practice. The physician will provide inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care at Rush Copley Medical Center and the Yorkville location, expanding and enhancing services across the Yorkville and Aurora communities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality inpatient and outpatient care for patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions at both Rush Copley Medical Center and the Yorkville location.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, patient‑centered care.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the cardiology program.
• Contribute to program growth and innovation through outreach, education, and clinical research initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain board certification and credentialing requirements.

Benefits & Compensation

Pay Range: $510,000 - $695,000 (full‑time, 1.0 FTE). Compensation includes base pay, benefits, and incentive programs. The total pay range reflects factors such as experience, education, certifications, licensure, primary work location, and organizational considerations. Opportunities for increased compensation exist for exceeding productivity targets. Sign‑on, retention, and relocation bonuses are potential additional components. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered.
