Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is helping a non-invasive cardiology practice in Northwest Indiana near Chicago recruit a cardiologist. You will join a full program with robust referrals and autonomy supported by seasoned leadership.

The role includes clinic, imaging, nuclear and echocardiography work with on-site Nuclear Cardiology, and collaborative referrals across EP, interventional cardiology, structural heart, and CT surgery. Excellent compensation and generous benefits await the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Practice with autonomy backed by a CEO and experienced practice management.
• Leave emergencies to Interventional Cardiology so focus stays on clinic, imaging, and patient care.
• Read nuclear, echo, and advanced imaging with on-site Nuclear Cardiology.
• Refer within a program that includes EP, interventional cardiology with a structural heart program, and CT surgery.
• Maintain a balanced schedule with light call obligations.
• Collaborate with a CMA, a nurse, and a surgery scheduler; AI scribe/dictation handles documentation.

Build your non-invasive cardiology practice in one of Northwest Indiana's most desirable communities, just outside Chicago. Patient demand is already there, and you will step into a full cardiology service line with a strong referral base. You can grow quickly and make an impact from day one.

• Read nuclear, echo, and advanced imaging, with on-site Nuclear Cardiology
• Refer within a complete program that includes EP, interventional cardiology with a structural heart program, and CT surgery
• Keep your evenings and weekends, with a light call schedule built around work/life balance
• Work with a CMA, a nurse, and a surgery scheduler, and let AI scribe and dictation software handle your documentation

Compensation and benefits:

• A base guarantee on a "greater than" model, with $850K+ in proven income including call pay
• $150K+ in recruitment incentives, including sign on, student loan support, a fellowship stipend, and more
