UNC Health Pardee is seeking a General Cardiologist to join our cardiology team in the mountains of Western North Carolina. You will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of cardiovascular conditions with a focus on preventive care and patient education.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Cardiology.
• Valid medical license to practice in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of cardiovascular conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans emphasizing preventive cardiology.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs and echocardiograms.
• Participate in on-call rotations for urgent cardiac issues.
• Educate patients to promote heart health and disease prevention.
