Job description

An established, full-service cardiology group in western New York is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join its team in Jamestown, one of three practice locations across the area. The role splits about 50/50 between outpatient and inpatient care and follows a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule, with 1:4 evening call from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM and no overnight trips to the hospital, since hospitalists manage patients until morning. The practice offers echocardiography and vascular ultrasound, stress echo, exercise and nuclear stress testing, in-office Holter and event monitoring, and a dedicated pacemaker clinic. Candidates should be fellowship-trained and board certified or eligible, with J-1 waiver and H-1B candidates considered.

Base salary is $500,000 to $540,000, with a $100,000 sign-on bonus, CME days and stipend, relocation assistance, and a two-year senior track. Time off is 25 PTO days plus 7 holidays, rising to 9 weeks in year three, plus paid malpractice and a 403(b) with a 50% match and an employer-paid pension. The lakeside community is less than three hours from Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Rochester, and Toronto, with a low cost of living and an active arts and outdoor scene.
