Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an approved school.
• Current full and unrestricted medical license in the US.
• Residency in an ACGME/AOA accredited cardiology program or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and manages veterans with cardiology needs.
• Interprets echocardiography, including transesophageal and stress studies.
• Interprets stress tests (treadmill and nuclear imaging) and provides inpatient/outpatient consultations.
• Interprets Holter and event monitor data and ECGs.
• Performs duties as assigned by the Chief of Cardiology.
