Qualifications

• Eligible for unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience or aptitude for using AI-assisted documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care for chronic cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiovascular tests.
• Conduct risk assessments to prevent cardiovascular disease progression.
• Collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists for necessary procedures.

Skills

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease

Experience with EPIC EMR

Strong communication skills

Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records
