Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing cardiovascular program serving Grand Junction and Fruita, Colorado. This is a brand-new, state-of-the-art multispecialty clinic opening in 2027, located 15 minutes from Grand Junction with an outdoor lifestyle and strong community.
The position offers an outpatient-only practice with no call or weekends, flexible scheduling, and robust clinical support.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical school.
- ABMS board certification or eligibility in Cardiology.
- Active Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
- BLS certification and DEA.
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process.
- Due to the timing of this position, visa candidates are not being considered.
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow cardiology services in a brand-new clinic in Fruita.
- Outpatient-only practice with no call and no weekends.
- Maintain inpatient involvement with the larger cardiology team, if desired.
