Non-Invasive Cardiologist in the Heart of America
The Division of Cardiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska is recruiting a general, non-invasive cardiologist to join our rapidly growing and nationally recognized Division of Cardiovascular and Heart and Vascular programs. This exciting opportunity is ideally suited for a physician with clinical interests in consultative and outpatient cardiovascular care with non-invasive imaging (echo).
Opportunity highlights:
· Join an 8-person general cardiology and advanced imaging group which has rapidly expanded to over 25,000 imaging procedures per year. The Section of Non-Invasive Cardiology and Advanced Imaging has expertise in all aspects of cardiac diagnostic imaging and is a part of an academic Division of Cardiology with more than 25 highly skilled cardiovascular physicians
· Combine clinical care, research, and medical student, resident, and fellow teaching in a world-renowned academic environment
· Perform research with research support available
· Be supported by a dedicated staff including experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

The successful candidate must be an MD/DO (or equivalent degree) is board certified/eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine. Excellent clinical, professional, and communication skills are required.
