A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible, fellowship-trained non-invasive cardiologist to join their established Cardiology Division. The role involves managing both outpatient and inpatient care, with a focus on comprehensive cardiology services. Non-Invasive Cardiologist | Relocation Assistance provided | Pay : 200,000 - 350,000
A Board-certified or Board-eligible, fellowship-trained non-invasive (non-interventional) cardiologist is needed to join an established Cardiology Division. The role involves seeing both outpatients and inpatient consults.
Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive cardiology care to a large patient base.
Manage a busy outpatient practice with extensive outpatient testing capabilities, including 3-D echocardiography, nuclear stress testing, cardiac CT, and Holter monitoring.
Perform hospital consults on a weekly rotating basis.
Interpret EKG, Holter, echocardiograms, and cardiac stress tests.
Collaborate with 4 cardiac nurse practitioners or PAs in the hospital setting.
Provide inpatient care, including consults from Hospitalists and management of conditions such as CHF, dysrhythmias, acute myocardial infarctions, and acutely ill cardiac patients.
Echocardiography
Nuclear stress testing
ICU and cardiac telemetry
Cardiac catheterization and coronary interventions
Work closely with other hospital
Electrophysiology
Structural interventions
Qualifications :
Board-certified or Board-eligible in Cardiology.
Fellowship-trained in non-invasive cardiology.
Excellent clinical skills in non-invasive cardiology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
