Acloché LLC in Northwest Indiana invites a board-certified or board-eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our expanding team in Munster. This full-time, permanent role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 1:7 call rotation and a platform to design your practice around your clinical goals in a premier, tech-forward environment.

You will manage chronic cardiovascular conditions, perform non-invasive tests, collaborate with specialists, and enjoy competitive compensation with strong bonus

Qualifikationen

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease is required.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Aufgaben

• Provide long-term care for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions such as heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, and CAD.
• Clinic patients per day: 20-25.
• Call Rotation: 1:6.
• Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiovascular tests including 2D/3D echocardiography, stress testing, EKG, Holter monitoring, and cardiac CT/MRI.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement lifestyle or pharmacological interventions to prevent disease progression.
• Collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists and Cardiothoracic Surgeons to determine when invasive procedures are necessary and provide post-procedural medical management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide long-term care for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions such as heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease
• Clinic patients per day: 20-25
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiovascular tests, including 2D/3D echocardiography, stress testing, EKG, Holter monitoring, and cardiac CT/MRI
• Conduct risk assessments and implement lifestyle or pharmacological interventions to prevent the progression of cardiovascular disease
• Collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists and Cardiothoracic Surgeons to determine when invasive procedures are necessary and provide post-procedural medical management

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Cardiovascular Disease
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
