Responsibilities include teaching, research, and clinical work in non-invasive cardiac imaging across ages. The successful candidate will join a large, affiliated department and may have duties at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Qualifications

• Earned an MD or DO (or foreign equivalent).
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Cardiology.
• Completion of a 4th year fellowship training in advanced imaging.
• Must be currently licensed as a physician and eligible for licensure in the State of Washington.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical work, teaching and scholarly activity in non-invasive imaging.
• Perform non-invasive cardiac imaging modalities (transthoracic, transesophageal, 3D-echo, strain, fetal, cross-sectional).
• Interpret imaging data to understand complex pediatric cardiac pathologies.
• Serve as attending physician in the Echocardiography Laboratory at Seattle Children's Hospital.
• Timely completion of echocardiogram interpretation and reporting with communication to referring providers.
• Participate in task forces and committees as requested by leadership.

Education

MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)

Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Cardiology

4th year fellowship training in advanced imaging

Current medical license in the State of Washington
